Benefits of yoga.
Many people start their yoga journey with the physical practice of yoga (asana) which is only one of the eight limbs of yoga. It’s a good place to start our journey as it will help to strengthen the body and help develop an awareness of the breath.
A regular yoga practice can improve muscular fitness that not only makes our muscles stronger but also the tendons and ligaments which increases the strength of our body’s joints.
